Really great customer service here. Initially just went in to drive a few cars with no intention of buying that day, but after working with Alex for a few hours, I drove home with my new Passat! He took the time

I recently purchased a new 2013 Jetta from Alex Benson. He was very easy to talk to and showed me exactly what fit into my price range. No pressure to upgrade or get anything extra. Although it seems silly, one of my biggest concerns was the bluetooth. After our test drive, he took the time to show me that my phone works by making some test calls. I recently went in for my 1000 mile courtesy checkup. My car had a small issue with the trunk rubber sticking up a little bit. They fixed this on the spot and also gave my car a wash. The customer service was great. I would definitely go to this dealership for your next purchase or maintenance.

Amazing customer service. I was treated with the utmost respect this past weekend when I was buying my new 2013 Jetta. At first, management was unsure if they had the exact model and color I wanted, but the entire sales force worked to get me into the car that I wanted. The salesman that helped me, Alex, was very courteous and professional. Not once did I feel pressured or rushed. I felt that he too was excited for me. He walked me through each step with patience and answered each one of my questions without hesitation and ensured I understood and was comfortable. Finance was just as enjoyable of an experience. I believe it was Bryan whom helped me with my paperwork­ just as the salesman had, he walked me through and explained each step relative to my knowledge and understanding. I needed a new car and I wasn't quite sure what to get. I went to several dealerships and talked to numerous salespersons but it always seemed like they didn't really care what was good for me ­­ only themselves. Yet another great experience

This was my 4th Audi purchase from Audi Peoria and as always, it was a efficient and hassle­free process. I have been to other Audi dealers in the valley and will say that hands­down, I always have the best experience working with the Peoria location. Todd Stamps has been my sales person on every transaction, but we did have the opportunity to work with his colleague, Alex Benson, who worked together seamlessly with Todd to make the purchase of my pre­ owned A6 a smooth and easy process. I really can't explain how positive my experience was

Let's be honest.. buying a car is a stressful process. I've had a couple cars that my parents bought for me and it was always extremely frustrating going through the buying process. In 2013 I decided to trade in my Ford Escape with about 130,000 miles in hopes of leasing a new Jetta. Expecting the typical runaround with pushy salespeople i was quickly proven wrong. Alex Bensen helped me out from the beginning. He was extremely helpful and honest and I ended up with the exact Jetta that i wanted which was a black on black 2013 Jetta S.E with the convenience package. My Escape had previously been appraised at a different Volkswagon location where my experience was not so good, and Commonwealth actually gave me a higher value for it. I was able to trade in my car and got my monthly payments almost exactly where i hoped they would be. This was the first car I got on my own I really couldn't be happier with my experience there. I got free car washes anytime i wanted along with coffee and tea. Every time I came in for service everyone was so helpful and nice. I did have to have a loaner car at one point and they put me in a verryyy nice Eos (so much fun). My car was always returned to me in pristine condition whether I left it for an oil change or an alignment. Unfortunately i was in an bad accident about a year after i got it and was totaled. Thank God for gap insurance and a safe car.. not a scratch on me. I really can't explain how positive my experience here was and have even recommended 4 of my friends who now have beautiful new and used VW's. I am now in the market again for a new car and have already gone to a couple other dealerships researching, but nothing but the runaround and pushy salespeople. I shouldn't be surprised. I have no doubt that i will be returning to Commonwealth to lease another Jetta. :)

Went out of his way

I'll start this off by saying that this was the most pleasant and seamless car-buying experience we have ever had. Alex Benson, our sales associate, went out of his way to be sure we were able to order the exact Cayenne we were looking for. Won't let you down

I had a very particular Audi A7 in mind and the dealership stopped at nothing to find it. Communication was key and they didn't overwhelm. I received emails about new (used) A7 on a monthly basis. Finally, Alex Benson told me they had the car I was searching for. My wife and I went straight to the dealership after work and bought the car. No pressure, no gimmicks (none that were hyperbolic) and straightforward answers to all of our questions. I've had the car for a few days and absolutely love it. If you're in the market for an A7, and comparing to BMW or Infiniti as I was, go for a test drive and see for yourself. The car is literally a computer on wheels. I personally love the Bose sound system, ventilated leather seats, dynamic drive mode and the manual/automatic rear spoiler. The car is truly the best of all worlds: driver­minded meets luxury meets technology. The other cars I was considering did not blend all of these well. The only initial gripe that I have is that the seats could be more form fitting: I'm 6'0", 185lb and fairly athletic. All said, head down to Audi Peoria and meet with Alex and Charles. They won't let you down.

The experience here was terrific

Amazing how a place can get such differing reviews. Oh well, my review is for car buying and the experience here was terrific. My wife and I were in the market for a used low mileage EOS or maybe Beatle. After driving with me for a good long test drive Alex Benson, my sales consultant, realized that I might consider the BMW 650i that was on the lot. This car was definitely not low mileage but it was much more the car that fit our personalities if I could live with 65k miles. The price was several thousand dollars below other similar cars and 65k on a BMW just isn't that much. The car had a very clean car fax and was very clean itself. He was just right in suggesting this car and we wound up buying it and are very very happy. No pressure applied anywhere in the process. Alex handled everything very professionally. Although we did meet the "guy in the back" that I always think of as the pressure guy at car dealerships even he gave us no pressure. They simply gave us the facts, listened to what was important to us and worked hard to accommodate. I'd very much recommend VW of North Scottsdale and Alex Benson.

Look for Alex Benson!

I highly recommend you come to this place for your next car buy, the customer service is amazing. I bought the 2013 Beetle convertible last week but I never once felt pressured or hassled into making a hasty decision. I had already been to three other dealerships deciding what car to buy, before coming to this one, and the respect and service I received was by far superior than anywhere else. I had been made to feel as if I needed to make a quick decision and here, specifically Alex Benson, helped me and my husband make the right decision without feeling that I needed to walk out with the keys in that instant. He understood that buying a car is a big step and I was informed in detail of everything I would pay and everything the car entailed. I wasn't even pressured into getting extended warranties and other extra costs that other dealerships shove in your face. So if you're interested in buying here, look for Alex Benson! In addition, the financial manager Brian was also very helpful, talkative and not at all pushy. He obviously offered the extended warranty but didn't pressure us into buy it and didn't keep pushing once we told him we were not interested. This was the first new car I've ever bought, and It was one of the most enjoyable experiences I've had purchasing anything. It was simple and I will definitely be coming back here for next purchases.

Alex Benson was the best. I hate dealing with car dealerships and car salesman and I've been through the process a bunch of times. I was able to take care of some of the paperwork online prior to even visiting the dealership which was convenient for me. Alex Benson was great from the beginning. He was never pushy, and he was always working with me towards one common goal.......getting the right car for a great price. I was able to trade in my old lease that I got from a completely different dealership and got a brand new passat that had every single thing I wanted with the exact exterior and interior colors I wanted. They have the largest selection of VWs in Cali. The best customer service I've ever received at a car dealership in my life. As Alex promised me before I came in he would not waste my time and would get the best deal possible for me and he kept his promise. If you need a new or used VW, Audi or Mini Cooper please ask for Alex Benson. I promise you will be very happy with the level of service he provides.
